1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, or manuals intact.

  • The item should be in resalable condition.

Note: Certain items like personal care products, hygiene items, and electronics may not be returnable unless received damaged or defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, damaged, or tampered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance sale or discounted items marked Final Sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Health and hygiene products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sellinghappiness.shop

  • Attach clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging

  • Mention your order number and the issue clearly

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or wallet.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID after confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • For other returns, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
