Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor your order’s status through our delivery partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Additional costs for re-shipping

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it upon receiving the correct address and re-shipping fee (if applicable).
